    Denny, Did you notice that in order to qualify you have to have been trained by a law enforcement agency and they all seem to be in Illinois. I guess being a NRA instructor doesn't qualify.

    That seems to be the story. Only law enforcement to train. Just another way to get the system backed up so folks can't get a permit.<br />

    Well, SK has it right. These old eyes missed the last sentence of qualifications on the press release. My bad! I guess SK and I will have to get going since we are both NRA Certified Pistol Instructors.
