I wonder, if they think you're too mentally unstable to be possessing a firearm, wouldn't insanity be a legally "pre-approved" plea if you shoot at them when they come to confiscate your guns? (secret memo to law enforcement officers - consider making a phone call to the subject of a confiscation order and giving them a 30 minute head start, plus the names of the doctor and judge/official who issued the order).<br />
