prices I saw at the Red Barn gun show, in Evansville WI this weekend (3/27/21)

.223 $1/round (seemed to be the standard price for all center fire rifle ammo)
9mm $1/round or 75¢/round if you buy a carton of 1000
most .22lr was 25¢/round
one table had HSM cowboy ammo, .44 mag was $70/box, .45 Colt was $80/box
I saw one box of shotgun shell primers priced at $15 and two separate boxes of Winchester primers. They looked like they had been sitting in someone's garage for a while. I didn't see a price on them.
Even though the prices were discouragingly high, it was worth the $7 admission to spend a couple of hours in a hall crowded with tables of firearms merchandise and unmasked gun-loving Americans.
