<div class="IPBDescription">Sycamore Shoot (Not)</div>Unpacked the cart and it started to drizzle. Packed it back up and it stopped. Figured that if we kept our gear packed up everyone else would be able to shoot without the rain. For those that were brave enough to shoot, did you get all five stages in? At least I don't have to clean a bunch of wet guns. My kids still don't have their first shoot in. We are wimps. Maybe Bristol next week.

Yes, we got wet. Yes, we shot five stages. Yes, you are wimps. (ha, ha) that's said with a big smiley. You do what you want to do. It didn't rain really hard, it was just persistent; once we were wet we decided to finish the whole match. That's why gun oil was invented; to put on the guns so the rain wouldn't cause them to rust; all you do is wipe them down and you're good to go.<br />

Jim, I came, I saw, I got conquered. I shoot all 5 stages, guns got wet enough they get totally stripped and cleaned. They were over due anyway. Big Grit

Got up at 6:00am, looked at the weather radar. It looked like a big finger pointing at Sycamore. It went back through Iowa. I decided it wasn't meant to be and went back to bed. See you at Bristol.

Yea we shot all five. As for me I had 2 or 3 P's (stoped counting after the first) and a boat load of misses. I'm trying to get all the bad habbits out before the state shoot (yea right). <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/wacko.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wacko:' /> Anyway JJ and DD ya should of stayed the rain was no big deal and we were done shooting by noon. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/doh.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':doh:' /> Well I will see you guys down the trail, I will be in the northwoods of Wisconsin for the next week. Haven't made a decision on that yet. I may have to revert to the 45's. Time will tell.
