That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!

We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.

Final schedule to be finalized in February.

Tough day at Sycamore

65 of showed up to shoot today at Sycamore but Mother Nature had other plans. The Match Director (wisely) called the match after Thunder & Lightning & a steady Rain interupted about half way through. Some of us got in 3 stages, some only 2. It's quite frustraiting to drive to the range, for me it's over an hour, then have to leave early. I do realize that it's ALSO frustraiting for the fine crew at the Sycamore club who worked so hard to set up the match. Thank you guys & gals, we do appreciate you. Mother Nature has been kinda tough on Sycamore this season. On the bright side, I did get to shoot 3 good stages, spend time with great people and......well, a so-so day shooting is better than a good day at work.

Weather has been a big factor this year for some of the shooting clubs. The GGP has yet to have a two day shoot without rain or extreme heat. It's tough when you take the time and expense to go shoot and the weather won't cooperate. <br />

I had a choice to shoot Beloit or Sycamore and chose Beloit. Sunday was the day to work on fixing horse fences and such. Well you know what they say the best laid plans of mice and men. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/thumbdown.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
