Also does anyone have any suggestions for how to launder clothing that has been sprayed by a skunk? Also looking for a new sleeping room as wife won't let me in the house.<br />

When our pups roll in something particularly nasty we use tomatoe juice to wash the stink out.<br />

The tomato stain fades with time.<br />
<br />
And wet dog smell is lots better than skunk.<br />

My wife informs me that my breath smells like skunk. Apparently I inhaled one of the shots from that bad old "putty tat" and now the question is how long before my lungs clear themselves. <br />
<br />
Wife has suggested that new alias should be "Sweet Breath."<br />
<br />
Whole subdivision is wondering what the he-- hapened to make the whole ten arces stink like it does.<br />
<br />
Hey DD we are still going to the range tomorrow to attend to the frames for the canopies? Can't wait to ride in your Mercedes.

The easy approach is quit trapping them. For pesty critters mix moutain doo or any other favorite soda into a bowl with crystal fly killer (found at local co-op)used by many farmers in the old barn, to kill flys obviuosly. Your pesty critters won't travel far so you may need a shovel and garbage bags. Oh and try to keep favorite pets out of this cocktail it may make for unhappiness in the household . <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/bad.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':bad:' />

Current score is 12 coons, 3 possum and 1 skunk. Have to use the traps as I don't want to be indiscriminate on who gets "offed." Although the half dozen feral cats wouldn't cause me to shed any tears. Got permit from DNR on the 18th of Sept. and haven't gone a night without getting something. Think I'll lay off for a couple of days as the area I've been setting the traps in is a "little strong" right now.

Try GOJO. The citrus acid should break up the odor like the acid from tomato juice.

Friend wife has gotten the clothes to passable (multiple washes) and my body only required a shower with "Fels Naptha" laundry soap. I didn't get hit by a direct shot or the clothes would have gone in the garbage.<br />

Unfortunately I was wearing one of my "Grumpy T-Shirts" that my daughter made for me my last birthday. Otherwise they might have gone in the garbage right away.<br />
<br />
So unless I put the hand cleaner up my nose (still getting many whiff's of this morning) I think I'm as squared away as I'm going to get. The rest will just take time.
