I just received a new hat from them, and boy do I like it. It was sure worth the wait (about 5 months). They send out a device that you use to measure the contour of your head and they make your hat to match that. Their hat really fits good and is very comfortable.<br />

Roy is a real nice guy to deal with, and more than fair in his treatment.<br />

While the renovation will come back later, the "Horse Trough" hat that I ordered arrived today. I look just like Festus when I put it on. My daughter being home from school gives her the opportunity to harass me (as to what I look like with it on).<br />

She's just jealous cause she didn't get a new hat.

The renovation came the next day and I'm very happy with the results.
