Well, it must have certainly been someone who doesn't realize what a dangerous act this is! Who could have been talked into such a thing? We have all known for a long time that even the parts houses like Brownell's and Midway won't sell to him. <br />

This is serious! <br />

Oh!! what a dastardly deed. I guess the posse safety officers will have to inspect the guns before the priest is allowed to shoot. Shame on the individual who did such a nefarious deed. Send out the posse detectives to apprehend the culprits. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/diablo.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':diablo:' />
They should have a 72 hour waiting period and licensing of the buyer before allowing such dangerous items in our neighborhood! And a note from his mother.
I think that we should do his guns like the car dealers do on new vehicles. Put a special paint(that he cannot get) on all the screws so we know when he has been working on them. When we see the paint removed, we just refuse to run the timer when he shoots!<br />

I want to pull the stag grips off my pistols to polish the inside of the grips. I figure that will make my times faster. What size screw driver should I use for that?

Polishing the inside of the grips is a little known method of improving one's score and probably the most effective thing you can do. But the inside surface must be absolutely flat! The best way to do this is to hone them on a flat, hard surface such as a granite slab, using #600 grit first followed by #2000 grit with sufficient honing oil to create a thick honing paste. If you have granite or other stone counter tops in your kitchen, they are ideal for this purpose.
Not to worry folks! I have it on good authority that, much like the proverbial joke about "rubber crutches", these screwdrivers are made the same way. Now, picture this for a moment Jim trying to use the rubber screwdrivers and trying to find one that's the proper size. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/crazy.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

I think what you need to do now is go to NAPA and get an adapter so you can use a 1/2" impact wrench to make sure they don't loosen up during a match.<br />

<br /> Already have the adapters to take it up to 1/2" drive. Will be ordering the extra screws for all of those that I'm gonna twist off.
