New Vaquero grips?

Been looking for Gunfighter grips for my New Vaqueros since January. I want smooth Rosewood or Buffalo Horn. Eagle has been out of them all this time. I have a set of Eagle Gunfighter grips made of Buffalo Horn and a set of Eagle Stag grips. If you want to look at them I will bring them to Beloit saturday.<br />

If you have gunfighter grips that fit the old model Vaquero and do a little comparing you will find that they can be made to fit the new model with a little Dremel work. I have done it. The hole for the pin that goes thru the frame and holds them in place has to be redrilled and you have to hollow out a shallow area for that new-fangled lock thing but it can be done easily.
