New results in on SASS Ratifacation vote

The SASS results are in on the ratification vote that was taken to see if Gunfighters shooting black Powder should be allowed to also shoot in the Frontier Cartage Catigory(That being the two handed traditional catigory for Black Powder)<br />
<br />
The vote failed. Gunfighters will not be allowed to shoot black Powder in this catigory.
