may 20th cowboy game

hey everybody.. May 20th was the 1st time I played the cowboy game at your club.. <br />
<br />
I drove 107 miles to get there and it was well worth the trip..<br />
<br />
I saw several people that I know and met some new, friendly people too. <br />
The friendliness of the cowboy shooters is what hooked me on the game.<br />
<br />
I started last year and I was impressed and pleased with the high caliber of the people in the cowboy action shooting sport.<br />
<br />
I have played all manner of gun games all my life, and I can testify that the folks in the C.A.S. sport are the friendliest and the best.<br />
<br />
For example, this past Sunday I drove to your club to play and when I got there I realized that I had left a bag at home with ammunition in it. In short time several people divvied up and I had enough ammo to play.<br />
<br />
I enjoyed playin with you people and the rain during the last stage of the game made me give my guns a vigorous cleaning when I got home..<br />
<br />
you're another fine bunch of people and I will be at another of your cowboy games.<br />
<br />

Really glad you could drive all the way to here to shoot with us. I, too, have shot in a variety of venues, and like you said, cowboy shooters seem to be just plain downright friendly. You wouldn't have seen that kind of response in IPSC - too competitive, although there are some nice people there, too. But it's a totally different game. This is nice and laid-back. And the old guns are fun to shoot.<br />
