Perhaps they could also hold classes for all the gang bangers to improve their aim and avoid all the carnage of the innocent bystanders.

Jim, I've been a proponent of that for years: teach the gang-bangers how to shoot and they wouldn't miss their targets and hit innocent bystanders and, they would kill one another off within 9 months then; problem solved.
