We're back and found the problem

Gnome, gnome on the range!
The Hitching Post has been down since the ball dropped in New York last evening. I managed to find the perpetrator and fix the problem. This is what I found - a cat in the server.<br />

Well, not really. But I won't bore you with all the technical details. Suffice to say, I've now got things back again and hopefully we won't see that problem again. <br />

When I set up this website, I put in a page that was isolated from the main forum so that I could pass along any information when there were problems. That page is http://www.goodguysposse.org - you know, the one with the cowboy that automatically takes you to the Portal after 1 second. Problem is that folks want to save a few clicks and bypass that page, going directly to the forum. That's OK, but if there are problems, please go to that page (you may have to refresh once or twice) and see if I've posted something before calling me to tell me the site is down. <br />
