CO Briefing

The regimental CO of a Marine Regiment was preparing to hold his usual morning briefing for the unit. The officers were gathered, and all were simply waiting for the coffee pot to finish before beginning.<br />
<br />
As something to do in the interval, the CO poses the following question: since he was up "late" last night, he asks how much people feel sex with your wife is work, and how much pleasure.<br />
<br />
The XO, a Lt Col., immediately pipes up, "75%-25%. Work - pleasure."<br />
<br />
One of the Company Commanders, a Capt., says, "50% - 50%. Work - pleasure."<br />
<br />
The colonel turns to a young lieutenant for his opinion, and he answers, "25% - 75%, depending on my state of inebrieation."<br />
<br />
The colonel is amazed at the wide differences in opinion. Seeing a young PFC working on the coffee, he asks him HIS opinion. "Sir, it is definitely 100% pleasure."<br />
<br />
Rather surprised at that result, he asks the young PFC why he thinks so.<br />
<br />
"Because, sir, if there was an ounce of work in it, the officers would have me doing it."
