Range Cleanup Day

With the rain and all, it looks like Sunday the 20th will be the best day for range cleanup. Breakfast at 9:00, range at 10:00 - breakfast at Grandma's Restaurant in Belvidere, a few hundred yards west of Mickey D's and Walgreen's on Hwy 20.<br />

Here's some of what we'll need to do-<br />
<br />
1. Chain saws - we have several big branches that came down which will need to be cut up.<br />
<br />
2. Rakes - leaf type to rake up some of the smaller branches that have come down over the winter. Young folks would just pick them up but most of us would prefer a rake.<br />
<br />
3. Seeds - anyone have any seeds we can throw on the side berm to get some ground cover growing there? Even alfalfa would work I'd think. It's pretty ugly as it is and if we can get something growing there it might look nicer. <br />
<br />
4. General cleanup.<br />

Several folks have called me and volunteered already, so this your chance for fame and glory! We can use all the help we can get, so if you can, please give us a hand. <br />

I do believe that Mr. Granger means Rt. 20 NOT 120. But then I never know where I'm going or where I've been. <br />

Will be a good chance to come out and see our new signature shotgun targets before the actual match. <br />
<br />
If you can't make it out on Sunday let me suggest you bring a few extra shotgun shells to the shoot on the 27th.

Thanks to everyone who came out to help today! With all the help, we got everything ready for our first match of the year and Grit got all of the stages set up and written. I'll be posting the stages towards the end of the week.<br />

Still a few odds and ends to be done during the middle of the week and of course we have to get the inspection and approval from Wyatt. <br />
