New shooting category?

<div class="IPBDescription">Four pistol gimp...</div>As I've only got one shoot in so far this year and as I probably will only get in one more before the sturgeons rearrange one of my body parts; I thought that there may be a way for me to shoot after the surgery. As most would know I've never been much at the firing line before, but this year it's really gone to he.. in a hand basket with the long guns. I'll be able to try one more shoot and maybe my daughter can finally beat me shooting regular at our next match. <br />

I may need an assist at the loading and unloading table, but I'm thinking that maybe there might be a posse willing to let me shoot four pistols and no shotgun, the second set of pistols to replace the rifle. Don't think the shot gun targets would qualify for shooting at with pistol round as they could possibly produce a ricochet. Anyway I'll have my right hand available for shooting the four pistols duelist.<br />

Won't be any ribbons to be won, but then I've never qualified for any before or ever will anyway. Since I enjoyed the last time they did my rotator cuff on the right side and since I can't throw up the long guns properly anymore I thought I'd let them do the left one. Who knows, maybe this four gun duelist class could become a whole new class for no class shooters like myself. Anyone see a problem with letting me give it a try?

Why would there be a problem? We're here to shoot and have fun. Long as you don't light any of those smelly things.

I got the four lightnings. If the kids shoot they can load and unload.

Ugly

At "True Grit", you load your weapons; (four pistols, two rifles and two staged shotguns--on every stage), we have another shooter help with carrying and staging the various weapons; you only had two holsters and the other pistols would be staged somewhere per stage requirements. There shouldn't be a problem with you shooting four pistols though, the rifle targets are going to be further out that the pistol targets, will you be able to hit the rifle targets with the pistols? It would be fun to watch you shoot though.

All things being equal I might try the four gun routine this Sunday. We will probably be selling special placement on the posse that I shoot on as the extra fees will be well worth the entertainment of watching me fumble with "four pistols right hand duelist." <br />

It'll be a little over two weeks since they did the cutting so I'm starting to cheat a little with the use of the left hand. Like typing in this post, that's about the limit of what I can do with that side and keep it tight to my side. <br />
