New GGP Territorial Governor

After over 3 years as TG at Bristol and almost 5 years as TG for the Good Guys Posse, I decided to turn the badge over to younger and more agile folks. We brow beat Jeweler Jim into taking the post and I know he will do a bang-up job. More than any of us, Jeweler Jim has the intimate knowledge of the inner workings of the Posse, such as corporate responsibilities, insurance matters, finances, legal issues, match administration and day-to-day activities. JJ is our Match Director, a SASS Regulator, a SASS life member & ROII and he has also been accepted to become an ROII Instructor which has traditionally been a TG responsibility. JJ was instrumental in the building of the new range at Dry Gulch Ranch, putting in over 40 hours a week for almost three months working at the range to build the berm shield and all the other necessary things that turn a piece of land into a great cowboy range. He now serves as our Secretary & Treasurer and is the one who tries to squeeze every penny he can out of the shooters when they check in. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':rolleyes:' /> <br />

I'll do my best, but Denny is still president and does more day to day stuff than the rest of the RR's combined. Just this web site alone is more than most of us could maintain. He keeps it safe from all the hackers. China, Russia, Mexico and most of the eastern block countries. Somehow I don't think there's a lot of cowboy shooters there. <br />

Again, I'll do my best I don't think there will be a noticeable change in anything that goes on. Thanks for the vote of confidence DD and thanks to those who congratulated me at the shoot today. We did very well considering that the WI state shoot was this week end. Fifty one shooters.
