That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!
We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.
Final schedule to be finalized in February.
Well the wife and kids have left to go ring in the New Year with some of the in-laws that I refer to as the "Sicilian Hordes."

Fairly safe posting here as friend wife never visits here and I would hope that Leadfoot Lizzie and her brother The Sicilian Kid won't rat me out. I prefer to stay at home on "Amateur Night."
As DD has said I am thinking that if we can put together a charity shoot for the SASS Scholarship fund it wouldn't be a bad thing. As we haven't had our annual board meeting yet, our plans haven't been formalized. The next couple of months will find us roughing out the ideas for that and other developmnets for the new range. Any input from the posse to any of the Rough Riders will be welcomed and we hope that at the same time the shooters realize we are limited by our finances and the payback of what it took to get started. Believe it or not the berm shield (while very labor intensive) was also not a cheap thing to put up. Again, thanks to our landlord for defraying a good part of our expenses. Certainly without his help our first full season might not have gotten off the ground.

Of first priority will be the erecting of splatter shields that run perpendicular to the firing line between the stages; then the further development of facades for stages one through three. Other improvements such as the suggested indentured servants to drag the gun carts around for everyone will have to wait for the time being.

Stay tuned for developments as we are able to put things together and please show more patience than I would in your place.

A HAPPY, HEALTHY & PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR TO ALL!

P.S. Regarding any of the changes of "Shooting Classes" as defined by the last TG/summit and convention. At our level we will continue honor all classes that our shooters want us to acknowledge. If you can safely shoot it, we have room for you to do it. SK can keep score for any number of classes.
