Nearly done!

JJ has been working at the range the past three days and Dirt Pyle & I have been out there twice this week along with IM Portly on Wednesday. The result is that the range is ready for our April 26th match except for some final touches between stages 5 & 6 which will have to wait on Coot and his magic machine. Compare these photos to the ones on the other thread that were the "before" photos. I never thought we'd have this much done this early with all the damage the raging water did!<br />

If the other usual suspects have survived their trip to Mississippi we'll be out there tomorrow putting the final or finishing touches on the range. A little bird told me that you'll need 50 pistol, 51 rifle and 25 shotgun rounds if you have no misses, but that could change depending on the final lay out of the stages because Grit has to give his final blessing. <br />

Ten (10) Plus one (1)Rifle<br />
Four Plus (4+) Shotgun<br />

Pistols loaded five rounds each holstered. Rifle loaded ten rounds staged on table. Shotgun open and empty staged on table. Start position Hands in the air and one foot on metal plate. <br />

ATB Draw one or both pistols and shoot five (5) on the right pistol target, then shoot five (5) on the left pistol target. Holster pistols and go to right hand table and retrieve rifle. Shoot five on right rifle target then five on the left rifle target, followed by one (1) round reload to be shot on the center target. Rifle open and empty on table retrieve shotgun and shoot shotgun targets: R, L, R, L.<br />

Pick up rifle and proceed to the unloading table. <br />

If you like this one you'll hate stage one! Seems we still have those little pistol targets.<br />
