LONG RANGE MATCH at Bristol

The Bristol Plains Pistoleros will be holding a Long Range shoot each month from May to November on the second weekends Saturday of the month from 10am to 2pm, in the Black Powder Range next to the Cowboy shooting field.<br />

Black Powder Range Rules; <br />
No wearing of holsters at any time. <br />
Shooters may use gun carts or bring firearms in a case.<br />
You may only handle firearms during the range open or shooting period and never on a ceasefire down range for target posting break.<br />
Lead Bullets only. No jacketed bullets allowed in any caliber. <br />
Please read and follow all posted Black Powder range rules at range.<br />

The days shooting fee for Long Range events is $10 members and $15 for non-members of CCKC. $5.oo less if you shoot the Cowboy action shoot the next day. (Sunday) <br />
This fee does not include the separate Cowboy shooting event.<br />

All CCKC and SASS Long Range rules apply. <br />
Only Cowboy Calibers will be used.<br />
PISTOL = SAA style long range Pistol 32cal. up to 45LC<br />
Lever action pistol caliber RIFLE = 32cal. up to 45LC<br />
Lever action rifle caliber RIFLE = 25cal up<br />
Single Shot Rifle = 25cal. up<br />

Each firearm shoots a total of 10 plus shots on steel. <br />
This is basic info for now, the ROs will set up target size & rules. <br />
A first place Blue ribbon per shooting class will be awarded.<br />
