That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!
We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.
Final schedule to be finalized in February.
WTB practice shot gun shells
Hello the fire,

Not sure if this is the correct place for this post, but here goes.

I need 6 12 gauge shells with silicone or similar in place of the primers. I would like to have them loaded in AA hulls with the same charge as a featherlight. I would like to have them weigh about the same as a regular AA featherlight.

I need to do some practicing with my shotgun and don't reload shot gun shells myself.

Let me know if you can help.

Thanks
There you go again, using the "P" word in public!!
For the "P" word, if you will load them with cream of wheat, they will simulate ejection closer to an empty hull than loaded with lead. FYI if you are actually going to .......I can't even say that word!
for my last ones I cut up the tip of a shotgun cleaning rod. Worked real well but you'll need more than one. I got 4 out of a large tip.

I tried hot glue in the primer itself and it worked great. I drilled out the center of a primer (dead one) and filled the cup with hot glue. The cup supports the glue and it is firmer than silicone. I made three and they hold up as well as the nylon I have been using with a lot less work. If you don't have a press give me a call and we can make some up in a jiffy. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
