That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!

We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.

Final schedule to be finalized in February.

2010 RO Classes

dddd Gnome, gnome on the range!
Some folks have asked about RO classes this spring. I'll be holding an ROI and possibly an ROII. The ROI is firm but the ROII will depend on the number who wish to take it. The ROII takes a lot of work to set up and should have at least 6 attendees to run properly as it is a group effort. While the ROI is as prerequisite for the ROII, they can be taken the same day.<br />
<br />
The classes will be held at our range, Dry Gulch Ranch, on Saturday, May 22nd (the day before our May match) with a rain date of May 29th. Please monitor the Hitching Post for any last minute rescheduling or cancellations. Full information on the classes can be found below.<br />
<br />
Please let me know if you plan to attend.<br />

  • What about if have them same day with shooting. Sunday after shooting ends and the smoke clears one can give ROI class and someone else ROII?<br />
    <br />
    You probably have more people for both classes (we are already there)<br />
    What about it? I'll stay for ROII.<br />
    <br />
    Thank you for allowing me to express my opinion(I don't know how long we'll have that - freedom of expression).<br />

    Sorry, my old bones can barely make it to the end of the match!<br />
    <br />
    But you are right, your opinion must be approved by your friendly government before you can express it! Coming soon!
  • I'm interested in attending both. I would actually prefer the rain date, so I will hope for rain.<br />

    yahoo.gif <-- I'm not sure what that guy is doing, but looks like a rain dance to me.<br />

    Good! Glad to hear it!

    As always, anybody who has taken the classes is welcome to sit in for a little refresher if you like. Don't forget to bring along a chair and your manuals. We have plenty of clipboards and pens out there if you need one.<br />
    <br />
    I'd suggest that folks might bring along a thermos of coffee or whatever as all we have available at the range is bottled water. I'm bringing a thermos of coffee as I need all the help I can get. <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/innocent.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':innocent:' /> <img src='http://www.goodguysposse.org/forums/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/innocent.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':innocent:' />

    None scheduled right now. If enough folks want one, I'm sure we can set up another one.
