I plan on being there early - probably around 3 pm. Trimming and hand mowing may be necessary, but we will have to take a look at it.

For certain on the agenda, we have:

1. Inventory of supplies and listing what we will need to purchase.
2. Positioning of new loading tables and erecting the splatter fences - we may need a few new ones.
3. Moving the stage 1-4 firing line back at a slight angle. Grit will lay it out.
4. General inspection and clean up of the range.
5. Time permitting, setting up targets, new target stands, moving spare targets to behind splatter shields after they are erected, etc.

We could use the normal assortment of rakes, a shovel or two, and a fence post driver.

Anybody think of anything else we might need to do? Once we get out there and look things over, we should have a fair idea of whatever else needs attention.
Got a weed eater and the gas for it loaded in the van, along with a couple of rakes, shovels and sledge hammers. If I think of anything else I'll throw it in the back of the van before I leave. (Of course I'll not forget the necesary cigars to help to get the work done.)

Denny are you bringing up the necesary forms for the first shoot so I can get that organized (as Dolly won't be doing the first shoot)? Want to get a headstart on that because I know I'll never do as good a job as she does. Do I need to bring the check book? Any outstanding monies owed to anyone?

I'll try and be there a little early also. See all the working cowboys & cowgirls tomorrow!

All the forms for this year are in the truck. I don't know of any need for the checkbook except if you need to settle up with Dan for the loading tables or give him some seed money for the shooting tables and food purchases. John might need some seed money for the pop, too..
If you can make it now that you have a job, could you bring out the mower? Kocheese tells me stage 5 will need to be mowed. If not, we can always do it later - no rush.
Denny,I plan on being there ,I'll bring the mower. Also want to bring you an up date on the saloon, have the base done as far as I can go ,now working on one full section, the saloon itself will be in 3 sections,to be assembled on site, the base, which is also the side walk,is also in sections, and this to will be assembled on site as well.I guess what I'm saying is when Wolf and myself get it out to the range ,we'l need some HELP puting it all to gether, the walk itself weighs a ton,in other words "it's Heavy. I won't be able to haul much myself on my little trailer,I made 4 trips bringing in the lumber. about my job,I only work one or 2 days a week, mostly 2,I only got this job so I could do more cowboy, see ya wed. :P
Well, I'm probably not going to make it as I have to put brakes on my pickup, The pulsing finally toasted a pad so I'm metal to metal on the right side. Need to fix it ASAP.

One thing though, we have to decide if we want one or two Pony Express stages this month. There are eight stages so we'll have to double up. Do we only want to run them one month each? That could work either way for participants. Either make them come while they have the chance, or hack them off because they just can't make it.

Thoughts appreciated.
