You've never met Wisconsin's former Governor, Diamond Jim Doyle, did you?
I just put a homemade pumpkin pie in the oven to bake. If you don't see me next year, it's 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves and 1 pound of pumpkin, not the other way around.
Thanks for all the posse members and shooters who make it possible for the trip down the road into the range to become an escape from the outside world and all its aggravations.

Thank you also for showing my twins that there are individuals who have character and serve as good examples of how to conduct oneself.
If I pause to think, if I look around, if I remember what I see at the shop on a daily basis I have a lot to be grateful for these days. For that matter most of us have it better than we know. A little post here does not begin to voice what I should be saying or showing to those around me on a daily basis. Enjoy the moment and the upcoming holiday season...
To all the posse members HAPPY THANKSGIVING! And a heathy, happy, fullfilling holiday season to follow.
Lots of things to be thankful for today. I'm in North Dakota with my whole family. Wife, Daughters, Son-in-Laws and grandsons. It doesn't get any better. Now, let the snow hold off so we can get back to Illinois in one piece. I'm thankful for all the GGP members and for getting the opportunity to live in this great country. Please keep my grand nephew Specialist Travis Burenan, USA currently serving with the MN National Guard in Kuiwat in your prayers. Hope to see you all in April 2012 at the Dry Gulch.
Regards,
