That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!
We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.
Final schedule to be finalized in February.
I note that since our internet provider trashed our web site that the schedule it no longer at the top of the page. And as it's now July I thought that I'd throw up the reminder.

Everyone seems to be either extremely busy or otherwise occupied with personal stuff so we don't seem to be on top of things. Meaning that this year we might just run the shoot without the side matches after. Also not sure as to the premiums and how that might work.

Many of you know that we also support the St. jude match with a nugget pendent/watch fob and with the upgrade in stones and market situation the retail on it ran to about $4,400.00 this year. They raise a hell of a lot more than we do as they have been at it for a longer period and it is a two day shoot that draws from very far and wide. Anyway, where I'm going with this is that looking at what was raised with the watch fob last year ($245.00) I can't justify the cost/proceeds to do it this year.

Thinking we'll run a regular shoot handing out what premiums come in and have a good time while doing it. So if'n you ain't marked your calendar yet...

JULY 29TH! Your attendance is REQUIRED!

Snidely Whiplash.
I believe that would be because it was rained out and we were unable to reschedule the match that year. Thus giving the article title of the "Second and a half annual ..." in the Chronicle reporting on the 2011 shoot.

And this is in answer to the question on the other thread. It's to early for me to get anything right this AM.
We will have Raj from Eagle Grips at the shoot again this year and he is also donating a one hundred dollar gift certificate towards the grips of your choice.

Grand Victoria Casino in Elgin is again onboard with three (3) one hundred dollar gift certificates for their high end restaurant and the many decks of cards to go into the shooter's packets. There will be a raffle ticket towards the premiums in each shooter's packet will more being available for purchase at five dollars a piece or five for twenty.
More updates as I get additions for you...
