That's a wrap! Thanks for a great season. See you all next year!
We should be shooting 2nd Saturday and 4th Sunday again next year.
Final schedule to be finalized in February.
Thought I'd put this one here...
At our last match I did a small amount of timing and noticed a couple of things that might be worth a mention. Without getting into the debate as to wether there should be strict enforcement at monthly matches let's just say that we don't do the "hard ass" thing and would hope that if you find yourself at a major match you won't have a problem because of it.

A number of shooters use the Marlin rifles and they have neither blackened out the little white diamond in the rear sight nor just simply loosened the set screw and reversed the insert to have it face the other way. They will call you on that one at a major match so you might want to address that one before you forget and perhaps get penalized elsewhere.

Also wanted to bring up the idea that breaking the "170" can be done overhead (especially with the shotgun) besides doing it left or right on the level. More prone to happen at stage six on our range and just wanted to remind ourselves to remember that it is worth paying attention too regardless of the stage or range.
Was going to post this right after the match but kept forgetting it until tonight. Again, thanks to all for making our matches fun and safe to shoot and hope this will be the first season in our history that we get all the matches in without any cancellations. One left to go for October
