I have this theory that the Illinois Secret Police, in concert with Alcohol Too-wacky & Firearms, and the Federal Bureau of Instigation, have captured Hopalong and are attempting to extract a list of all Posse members holding valid Illinois CCW permits. I suspect he was betrayed by a certain M.W. in exchange for two boxes of reloads with functional primers. Naturally, I can disclose this information because I now have diplomatic immunity. When Barack Obama rejected the Keystone pipeline project, Canada formerly revoked the Fenwick-Blagojevich Treaty of Extradition it once had with the State of Illinois.<br />
